best book to start with

the cover pretty much tells you what you can expect from the book. an x-ray that is highlighted is accompanied by the same x-ray without the highlights. this helps to show you exactly where the problem is so that you can look for it on the non-highlighted x-ray. this is especially helpful for those not so obvious abnormalities. if you arent too familiar with chest x-rays, this book is a good place to start.
i gave it only four stars because its just too basic. maybe thats not fair, but i think the reader would benefit a lot if there was more variation with the abnormalities.
